PM Vishwakarma Yojana क्या है?
Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana एक Central Government Scheme है जिसे 17 सितम्बर 2023 को लॉन्च किया गया था। इस योजना का उद्देश्य है –
Traditional artisans और craftsmen को financial help देना।
उन्हें modern tools और training उपलब्ध कराना।
उनकी income और productivity को बढ़ाना।
Self-reliance यानी Atmanirbhar Bharat की ओर कदम बढ़ाना।
सीधे शब्दों में कहें तो यह योजना “Old skills ko new technology ke साथ जोड़ने” की कोशिश है।
इस योजना का उद्देश्य (Objective of PM Vishwakarma Yojana)
Traditional arts and crafts को promote करना।
Artisans को formal credit support (बिना किसी tension वाले loan) देना।
Skill development और training के जरिए artisans को market-ready बनाना।
Export quality products बनाने में support करना।
Toolkits और modern equipment provide करना।
कौन लोग इस योजना के तहत eligible हैं?
इस योजना का फायदा सिर्फ उन लोगों को मिलेगा जो किसी traditional skill या craft में काम करते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए –
बढ़ई (Carpenter)
कुम्हार (Potter)
लोहार (Blacksmith)
सुनार (Goldsmith)
नाई (Barber)
धोबी (Washerman)
जुलाहा (Weaver)
मोची (Cobbler)
माली (Gardener)
राजमिस्त्री (Mason)
और भी कई traditional काम करने वाले कारीगर
👉 Simple words में – “अगर आपके पास कोई traditional skill है और आप उसी से livelihood कमा रहे हैं, तो आप इस scheme के लिए eligible हैं।”
PM Vishwakarma Yojana के Benefits (फायदे)
अब बात करते हैं उन चीज़ों की जो हर कोई जानना चाहता है – इस scheme से मिलेगा क्या?
1. Financial Assistance (Loan Support)
Artisans को पहले चरण (First tranche) में ₹1,00,000 तक का loan मिलेगा।
Repayment time – 18 months।
Interest rate – सिर्फ 5% per annum (जो कि बहुत कम है)।
👉 अगर आप loan time पर repay कर देते हैं, तो दूसरे चरण (Second tranche) में ₹2,00,000 का loan मिलेगा, repayment time 30 months।
2. Toolkit Incentive
Govt. artisans को ₹15,000 तक की सहायता देती है ताकि वे modern toolkit खरीद सकें।
Example: एक carpenter के लिए electric drill machine, एक potter के लिए modern pottery wheel।
3. Skill Training
हर registered artisan को 5–7 दिन का training programme मिलेगा।
Training में मिलेंगे –
Basic entrepreneurship skills
Digital transactions
Modern tool handling
Branding और marketing tricks
👉 Training complete करने पर artisans को ₹500 per day का stipend मिलेगा।
4. Digital Empowerment
Registration के समय artisans को PM Vishwakarma ID card मिलेगा।
उनका पूरा data digital platform पर store होगा।
Digital payment और e-commerce platforms से connect होने का मौका मिलेगा।
5. Marketing और Branding Support
Govt. artisans को GeM (Government e-Marketplace) और e-commerce platforms (जैसे Amazon, Flipkart) पर अपने products बेचने के लिए support करेगी।
Export promotion में भी मदद मिलेगी।
Registration Process – कैसे करें Apply?
अब सबसे जरूरी सवाल – आवेदन कैसे करें?
Step 1: CSC (Common Service Centre) पर जाएं
Artisans खुद directly apply नहीं कर सकते। उन्हें CSC centre जाकर आवेदन करना होगा।
Step 2: Documents तैयार रखें
Aadhaar card
Bank account details
Mobile number
Artisan skill proof (जैसे guild certificate या local proof)
Step 3: Digital Application
CSC operator आपके details लेकर online application करेगा और आपको PM Vishwakarma ID card मिलेगा।
Step 4: Verification
Local authority आपके काम और skill को verify करेगी।
Step 5: Training & Toolkit
Verification के बाद आपको training, stipend और toolkit मिलेगा।
Step 6: Loan Process
Training complete होने के बाद आप loan के लिए eligible हो जाते हैं।

👉 Training के बाद artisans को एक certificate भी मिलता है।
Toolkit Distribution Process
Toolkit distribution पूरी तरह digital और transparent तरीके से होती है।
Registered artisans को ₹15,000 की toolkit grant दी जाती है।
यह पैसा सीधे bank account में जाता है।
Artisan अपनी जरूरत और skill के हिसाब से toolkit खरीद सकता है।
Loan Process Explained
Loan इस योजना का सबसे attractive part है।
पहला loan: ₹1 लाख (18 महीने में repay करना है)
दूसरा loan: ₹2 लाख (30 महीने में repay करना है)
Interest rate: 5% simple interest
Govt. बाकी का interest खुद subsidy के रूप में देती है।
👉 Example: अगर market में loan पर 12% ब्याज लगता है, तो artisan को सिर्फ 5% देना होगा और बाकी का 7% govt. देगी।
PM Vishwakarma ID Card
यह एक unique identity card है जो हर artisan को मिलेगा।
इसमें artisan का नाम, skill, area और ID number होगा।
Future में इस ID card से govt. schemes और benefits directly link होंगे।
इस योजना के Expected Outcomes
Rural और semi-urban artisans की income में बढ़ोतरी।
Traditional skills को नया market मिलेगा।
Local level पर रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे।
Make in India और Vocal for Local को boost मिलेगा।
Women artisans को भी empowerment।
